The flat is on the ground floor of a typical 1900 house, with private garden.

 

The area: the house is located on the outskirts of the historic centre, just 5 minutes‘ walk from the pedestrian area (Via Mazzini); it is easily accessible by car (NO restricted traffic area); the train station is approx. 20 minutes’ walk away and all the monuments and places of interest in the centre are within walking distance; in the immediate vicinity there are grocery shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, tobacconists, pubs, ATMs and shops of all kinds; the city market, held on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, is a 10-minute walk away.

 

Free public parking only 150 m from the house.

 

The house: living area with large sofa, dining table and TV; fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and with a French window leading to the courtyard; study area with desk and single sofa bed; double bedroom from which you can exit to the garden through a French window; windowed en suite bathroom with large shower; courtyard for the exclusive use of the flat equipped with table and chairs.

 

All the windows overlook the courtyard, so the house is very quiet and peaceful.

 

What you will find: heating; air conditioning in the bedroom and living area; TV; washing machine; hairdryer; bed linen and towels; free WIFI with fibre connection.
